Visit to Interesting Places in Penang Island - Malaysia

Penang island is located at the Malaka Strait, between Sumatera island (Indonesia) and Malaysia. There is a long bridge from Malaysia to Penang island, so land transportation from Malaysia to Penang island is available.
There are some interesting places to be visited in Penang island such as botanic garden, butterfly park and Ferringgi beach.

For the first time we visit to Botanic garden and we found some interesting things there such as Cannon ball flower and monkeys.

Then we continue our journey to Butterfly garden and Ferringgi beach, there were many hotels with many rate options along the road. Ordinary hotel such as Holiday inn, HardRock hotel up to super luxury hotel named Rasa Sayang (Shangrila). Beach view of Ferringgi is interesting with its white sand. In the night time there were so many foods available and cheap, from noodle to grilled fish and prawn. Noodle price is starting from RM 5, grilled fish is starting from RM 30.
